Ordering
Customers are invited to order by credit card using our secure server shopping cart. For our customers who prefer to order by mail, our shopping cart software features this option. Simply fill-in the online form and select "Order by Mail" when prompted for this option. A printable order form will be presented, which can be mailed with your order.

Our shopping cart is not set-up to handle international orders, so customers outside the USA need to email for a quote on shipping. International orders will need to be manually processed after customers forward their credit card and billing information.

Return Policy
Any item may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price so long as we are notified within three days of delivery of the intent to return, and the return is shipped/mailed within 10 days after delivery.

Damaged Items
For items damaged in shipment, customers must notify us via phone or email within three days of delivery, and file a claim with the carrier (usually UPS or FedEx) by phoning the carrier's local office to initiate the claim. The box and all packing materials must be retained for two weeks after initiating the claim to allow for the carrier's claim adjuster to inspect the damaged shipment at the customer's delivery address. We will send a replacement as soon as the carrier contacts us regarding the claim.

For damaged items that do not appear to have been damaged in shipment (no crushing, tearing, punctures, etc., in the shipping carton), customers must notify us within three days after delivery, and to ship the damaged item to us within 10 days after delivery. Upon notification of a damaged item, we will advise customers for the address to ship the return. A replacement will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the damaged merchandise.

Note that since this website uses frames for faster page loading, only the active frame is secure and encrypted. This can be verified by clicking on the active frame (the large portion of the screen) and viewing the "properties" for the active frame.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
